3408B (28V) Truck EnginesDescription of Change: New bolts with "lock-patch" on the threads are used to fasten the idler gear stub shaft to the cylinder block. The new bolts will stay tight better. Adaptable To: The new 3G-2292 Bolts are direct replacements for the 0L1351 Bolts in the front timing gears groups. The new bolts are effective with 3408B (28V4928) Truck Engine. Five new 3G-2292 Bolts are required for each front timing gear group. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 7 N m (41 5 lb ft).
