Raise the machine and position Tooling (A) under the machine in the front and the rear of the machine.

Position carriage assemblies (4). Install the top bolts (3) and the inner most bottom bolt (3). Do not tighten bolts (3) at this time. Install the upper rubber cords (5). Spread carriage assemblies (4) in order to install the bottom rubber cords (5). Install the remaining bottom bolt (3) .Note: Soak cords (5) in a soap and water solution in order to aid in the installation of rubber cords (5) .
Position cover (2) and install the washers and bolts (1). Tighten bolts (3) .Note: Rotate the wheels six times in both directions after bogie assemblies (4) are attached to the frame.
Adjust the track tension. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track (Rubber) - Inspect/Adjust".
