If the 273-6499 Check Valve Gp (A) leaks externally, replace the former 128-2779 Seal Kit with a new 238-9842 Seal Kit. Tighten the check valve group (A) to 185 10 N m (136 7 lb ft).In order to tighten or remove 273-6499 Check Valve Gp (A), use a thin walled socket.If the check valve group (A) is not leaking externally, do not replace the seal kit and tighten the check valve group (A) to 185 10 N m (136 7 lb ft) only.

If the 348-1107 Check Valve Gp (B) leaks externally, replace the former seals with a new 390-8670 Seal Kit (1). Tighten the check valve group (B) to 69 to 75 N m (51 to 55 lb ft).Note: Discard the "D Ring seal" (C) in seal kit (1) as the "D Ring seal" (C) will not be used.If the check valve group (B) is not leaking externally, do not replace the seals and tighten the check valve group (B) to 69 to 75 N m (51 to 55 lb ft) only.The check valve group (A) and check valve group (B) are part of the 321-6149 Control Manifold Gp .New 238-9842 Seal Kit and 390-8670 Seal Kit (1) are adaptable to machines and effective in production with machines that are listed in Table 2.
