Information:
Winch
Brake On-Hold (1.) - Push the lever to HOLD to stop cable movement. Use this position when towing, holding load or when winch is not in use. Brake Off-Reel In (2.) - Pull the lever to REEL IN position, to reel in the cable. The cable should move toward the winch under power. RELEASE the lever and it will return to HOLD. Brake Off-Release (3.) - Pull the lever to RELEASE position, to release the cable. Release the lever and it will return to HOLD. The cable will unreel by the weight of the load, or when the machine moves away from load, if it is heavy enough. Brake Off-Release Detent (4.) - The lever will remain in this position until moved manually. Brake Off-Reel Out (5.) - Move the lever to REEL OUT position, to reel out the cable. The cable will reel out under power. Release the lever and it will return to HOLD. Drum Connect (6.) - Move the lever to DRUM CONNECT to engage winch gears with drum. This will stop free movement of the drum. Drum Disconnect (7.) - Move the lever to DRUM DISCONNECT to disengage winch gears with drum. This will allow free movement of the drum.Inching (Fine Control Operation)
A two-position adjustable sequence valve is located on the pressure control valve, inside the winch case. The valve provides an "inching" position for fine line control and a "no-inch" option to be used when required. The valve is set in the "inching" position at the factory.Load slip may occur when the winch is operated in the "no-inch" position. Less component life can also be expected. For adjusting instructions, see "Winch" in the "Operating Adjustments" section of this guide. Inching Out - Pull the lever slowly into REEL OUT at low engine RPM. Control the cable line speed with the engine governor control. Inching In - Pull the lever slowly into REEL IN at low engine RPM. Control the cable line speed with the engine governor control.Tool Bar or Dozer - Special Application
No. 1 and No. 2 Rear Implement Valve
1. Float - Push lever (6) or (7) forward to FLOAT to allow the implement to follow the ground contour.2. Lower - Push lever (6) or (7) forward to LOWER to lower the implement.3. Hold - Move lever (6) or (7) to HOLD to stop implement movement.4. Raise - Pull lever (6) or (7) to RAISE position to raise the implement.5. Raise Detent - Pull lever (6) or (7) to RAISE DETENT to raise the implement. Release the lever and when the implement reaches its maximum height,
