Remove the bolts, the washers, and left access door (1) .

Remove the two bolts and the two washers. Open engine access door (2) .

Disconnect the harness assembly for light assembly (3) .
Remove the bolts and access plate (4) .

Remove bolt (6) and the washer.
Remove the bolts and plate assembly (5). Turn plate assembly (5) over. Remove the bolt, the washer, and harness assembly (7) from plate assembly (5) .

Loosen clamp (8) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (10) and (14) from the soot antenna's.
Remove bolts (11) that secure harness assembly (7) .
Use Tool (A) to remove two Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) sensors (12) from clean emissions module (9) .
Loosen the clamp and remove tube (13) from clean emissions module (9) .

Disconnect harness assembly (16) .
Disconnect hose assembly (15) .
Loosen the clamps. Remove hose (17) and hose (18) .

Remove two bolts (19) and the two washers.

Disconnect connectors (20) and (21) .

Components have been removed in order to show placement of bolts (22) .
Remove four bolts (22) and the four washers.

Attach a suitable lifting device to clean emissions module (9). The weight of clean emissions module (9) is approximately 130 kg (287 lb).
Remove clean emissions module (9) .Installation Procedure

Install clean emissions module (9) in the reverse order of removal.
Tight bolts (22) to a torque of 190 N m (140 lb ft).
