Safety THE EMERGENCY STOP CIRCUIT MUST BE CHANGEDON CERTAIN 3508, 3508B, 3512, 3512B, 3516, AND 3516B ENGINES

This Program must be administered assoon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI10060" as the Partnumber and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim DescriptionCode and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair isdone after failure, use "PI10060" as the Part Number, "7751" as the GroupNumber, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMSDescription Code. This Revised Service Letter replacesthe April 22, 2001 (Revised April 2003) Service Letter. Changes have beenmade to the Affected Product.PROBLEM
After an E-stop shutdown a 3500/3500B Engine maybegin cranking if the E-stop button is pulled out when the ECS switch isin the Start/Run position.
