Assemble hose (19) between the condenser and the compressor using the hardware indicated in illustration 37.

Assemble hose (20) between the condenser and the dryer using the hardware indicated in illustration 38.Remove and discard the lower bolt and washer from the side of the condenser.

Hose 1
Assemble Hose 1 between the dryer and the evaporator. Use 9M-8406 Clip to secure the hose, as required.

Hose 2
Assemble Hose 2 between the dryer and the accumulator. Use 6V-1889 Clip to secure the hose, as required.

Assemble 284-3662 Rocker Switch into the existing control panel. Connect the plug of the rocker switch into the existing plug of the cab wire harness.Refrigerant Charge
Evacuate the system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Refrigerant System - Evacuate" in the Testing and Adjusting section.
Charge the system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Refrigerant System - Charge" in the Testing and Adjusting section.
Charge the system with R134A Refrigerant. Approximately 21 Hg (4.63 lbs) are required to charge the system.
