Information:

To prevent personal injury, release the pressure from the hydraulic system before any lines are removed or disconnected.
1. Disconnect grease line (2) and oil line (1) from the rear of the steering cylinder. 2. Disconnect oil line (3) from the rod end of the steering cylinder. 3. Remove bolt (5), the spacer and pin (4) from the rod end of the steering cylinder. 4. Remove bolt (6), the spacer and pin (7) from the rear of the steering cylinder. 5. Put steering cylinder (8) in position as shown. Use two persons and remove the cylinder toward the rear (engine end) of the machine. The weight of the steering cylinder is approximately 41 kg (90 lb.).6. Follow Steps 1 through 5 to remove the other steering cylinder. The following steps are for the installation of the steering cylinders.7. Install steering cylinder (8) as shown.8. Put pin (7) in position and install spacer (4) and bolt (2) that hold the pin in place.9. Put pin (5) in position and install the spacer and bolt (6) that hold the pin in place.10. Connect oil line (3) to the rod end of the cylinder.11. Connect oil line (1) and grease line (2) to the rear of the steering cylinder.12.
