When the joystick for the stick is moved to the STICK IN position, regeneration valve (27) and the stick unloading valve are operational in the stick hydraulic circuit. The return oil from the rod end of stick cylinder (1) is supplied to the head end of the stick cylinder. The regeneration circuit makes more effective use of the return oil from the stick cylinder. This allows the oil delivery from the right pump and the left pump to perform other work tool functions during a STICK IN operation.When the joystick for the stick is moved to the STICK IN position, pilot oil flows from pilot control valve (35) in the following manner.
Pilot oil flows through pilot line (2) and passage (8) to stick I control valve (9) and the oil shift the stem of stick I control valve.
Pilot oil flows from pilot line (2) through passage (7) to valve (19) in stick drift reduction valve (15). The pilot oil shifts the stem in valve (19). Then, the valve vents the back pressure in stick drift reduction valve (15) through drain port (3) .
Pilot oil in pilot line (32) flows through pressure reducing valve (33) for boom priority to stick II control valve (28) and the oil shifts the stem of stick II control valve (28) .
Pilot oil in pilot line (32) flows through passage (22) to regeneration valve (27) and the oil shifts the stem of regeneration valve (27) .When the joystick for the stick is moved to the STICK IN position, most of the oil from left pump (37) flows through center bypass passage (13) to load check valve (10). Then, the oil flows through load check valve (10) to passage (12). The remainder of the oil from left pump (37) flows through parallel feeder passage (16). The oil flows from parallel feeder passage (16) through a load check valve in order to combine with the rest of the oil in passage (12). Then, the oil flows from passage (12) through stick I control valve (9) to passage (11).
