Rework Procedure
Group Number 1
914G2 Compact Wheel Loaders and IT14G Integrated Tool Carriers - Rework Procedure:
Refer to the machines Disassembly/Assembly Manual for the proper safety procedures when performing these steps.
1. Park the machine on a level surface and apply parking brake.
2. Block the tires.
3. Lock the hitch pin. Refer to SEBU7781, Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Steering Frame Lock".
4. Neutralize the hydraulic system. Refer to RENR7767, Disassembly and Assembly, "System Pressure - Release".
5. Install jacks under the frame.
6. Remove the tires. Refer to RENR7767, Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim - Remove and Install".
7. Disconnect the drive shaft. Refer to RENR7767, Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
8. Disconnect the brake lines and braking brake cable.
9. Disconnect the motors from the gear box and secure. Refer to RENR7767, Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Motor (Hydrostatic) - Remove".
10. Remove the front axle from the machine. Refer to RENR7767, Disassembly and
