Reassembly, as a rule, is made in reverse of disassembly.5-1 Preparation
Prepare a workbench, tools and supplies in the same way as for servicing and disassembly in 3 and 4.5-2 General Precautions
(1) Pay the same attention to the general disassembly precautions in 4.(2) Check prior to reassembly to ensure that all parts are free from metal particles or foreign matter, and that parts are free from burs or scratches. Remove any burs or scratches with an oilstone.(3) As a rule, renew O-rings.(4) Use care when fitting O-rings to prevent damage. (Apply a small amount of vaseline to make them smooth.)(5) Vaseline may be used during installation to prevent parts from falling apart.(6) Tighten screws to the specified tightening torques. Check tightening torque by using a torque wrench.(7) When reassembly is completed, plug all ports to prevent entry of dirt.5-3 Reassembly Procedure
(1) Install bladder (2) in body (1). (2) Put NBR oil on the lip of bladder (2). (3) Install O-ring (4) on cap (3). * Use a new O-ring. (4) Install and tighten cap (3) to body (1) with a spanner. * Specified tightening torque: 1000 to 1400 kgf cm (72 to 101 ft lb).* Put thread sealant on the threads of cap and body. (5) Install and tighten core (8) with a core tightener. * Install a new core. (6) Install O-ring (7) on gas valve (5). * Use a new O-ring.
