Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the hook winch cable.

The weight of upper load sheave block (3) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb). Remove pin (1) and pin (2). Use two people to remove load sheave block (upper) (3).

Remove nuts and bolts (9). Remove hanger assemblies (1).
Remove nut (13) and the bolt. Remove spacers (14).
Remove nut (11) and side plate (10).
Remove sheave assembly (6).
Remove pin assembly (12), center plate (5), sheave assembly (7), and side plate (8). If necessary remove the grease fittings on pin assembly (12).
If necessary, use a suitable press to remove bearing sleeves from sheave assemblies (6) and (7).Installation Procedure
Install load sheave block (upper) (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Start By:
