Specifying a value for editing a parameter (artifact)
Enter a value in the window in order to edit the parameter. Press the "OK" button. Refer to Illustration 21.Adjust Artifact Coordinates

Editing the coordinate for an artifact Each artifact has a northing and an easting coordinate. Refer to the following procedure that is shown in Illustration 22 in order to adjust these coordinates:
Select the node or nodes of an artifact or multiple artifacts.
Right click within the window for a map.
Select "Adjust artifact".
Select a coordinate for adjusting.An "Enter value" window will appear. The window will require a specific amount in order to adjust the coordinate.

The results of adjusting the easting for an artifactIllustration 24 indicates that the node is shifted to the right by 10 units due to the change in easting.Saving the Changes
In order to save any changes that were made to the map, click on the "Save" button in the lower right hand corner of the window. Alternatively, the "Save as..." button can be used.

Saving a map under a new name by using the "Save as..." buttonThe "Save as..." button is used in order to specify a new name for the map. Also, this button will continue to work on the map under this new name. This is ideal in order to keep a backup copy of the original map. Illustration 25 shows the window that appears. This window will ask for a new name for the file. Type in a name and then press the "OK" button.When the changes have not been saved, a window appears after the software has been closed. This window will ask if changes need to be saved.Combining Two Map Files
Refer to the following procedure in order to combine two map files:

Opening the first map file
Open one of the map files. Refer to Illustration 26.

Selecting a second map file
From the navigation bar, select the map file that will be combined with the map file that is currently open. Refer to Illustration 27.

Dragging the second map
In order to combine the holes, click and drag the second map over the open window of the first map. When the second map is over the first map, release the left mouse button. Refer to Illustration 28.

Confirming the merge
Confirm the merge or reject the merge by pressing the "Yes" button or the "No" button in the window that appears. Refer to Illustration 29.

Performing a "Zoom whole map"
Zoom out to the whole map for the full view of both maps. Refer to Illustration 30.

The combined map
The combined maps can now be saved. Refer to Illustration 31.Note: Multiple maps can be combined by using the same process.
