All bores must be free of paint. Coat all pin bores Including stick, upper frame, bushing, and cylinders with 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge.    
1     4     395-8834 Bushing (1)     Before assembly, bore is
120.14 to 120.18 mm (4.730 to 4.731 inch).    
After installation of bushing, check inside diameter and alignment of the bushing with
119.99 to 120.07 mm (4.724 to 4.727 inch) pin diameter.
2     As required, use the following shims to adjust the maximum lateral clearance to
0.8 mm (0.03 inch).    
8 395-8136 Shim     Thickness is
1.52 mm (0.060 inch).    
3     2     395-8138 Pin     Diameter is
119.924 to 120.000 mm (4.7214 to 4.7244 inch).    
4     As required, use the following shims to adjust the maximum lateral clearance to
0.8 mm (0.03 inch).    
8 395-8136 Shim     Thickness is
1.52 mm (0.060 inch).    
5     1     395-8143 Pin As     Diameter is
130 mm (5.1 inch).    
6     2     395-8833 Bushing (1)     Before assembly, bore is
130.15 to 130.18 mm (5.124 to 5.125 inch).    
After installation of bushing, check inside diameter and alignment of the bushing with
130.00 to 130.07 mm (5.118 to 5.121 inch) pin diameter.
7     2     395-8141 Pin As     Diameter is
120 mm (4.7 inch).    
8     1     395-8566 Nut     Hand tighten and then tighten to an additional turn of 90 10 degrees.    
( 1 ) Install the bushing in the bore so that the part number of the bushing is facing outward.
