The main control valve, the main hydraulic pump, the hydraulic motors, and the hydraulic cylinders need to be disassembled, cleaned, and resealed if a major hydraulic component fails. All of the components may not need disassembly and cleaning. The extent of the failure will determine the components that should be disassembled and cleaned. At a minimum, the hydraulic cylinders should be cleaned and new seals should be installed.Flushing The Hydraulic System
