Remove the oil pan. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oil Pan - Remove".
Remove the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Remove".
Remove the vibration damper. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vibration Damper and Pulley - Remove and Install".

Install Tooling (A) to the bottom of the cylinder block assembly.

Install Tooling (B) under the mid-position of Tooling (A).

Remove bolts (1) from damper adapter (2). Remove damper adapter (2) from the crankshaft.

Remove bolts (3) that hold the front engine support to the support assembly.

Loosen bolts (4) on cap (5).

Loosen bolts (6) on cap (7).

Use Tooling (B) to raise front engine support (9) 3.18 to 6.35 mm (0.125 to 0.25 inch) above the support assembly. Install Tooling (C) in Tooling (B).
Remove bolts (8) that hold support assembly (9) to the trunnion. Remove support assembly (9) from the trunnion.
