Install hose assembly (5) in port "A" (17) on the screed and in port "A" (17) in the distribution block. Refer to Illustration 6 for port locations.

Secure hose assemblies (2) to the screed frame.
Loosen connectors (1) .
Fill the hose assemblies with grease until grease exits the connectors. This will purge all of the air from the hose assemblies.
Tighten connectors (1) .
Start the engine and completely close the screed.
Make sure that there is no interference in the hose routing.
