Remove the two hose assemblies from the refrigerant condenser. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Refrigerant Condenser - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Remove the hood panels. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Panels (Front and Rear) - Remove" for the machine that is being serviced.
Remove the side grates. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood Side Panels and Side Doors - Remove" for the machine that is being serviced.

Loosen two clamps (3) .
Disconnect aftercooler outlet pipe (2) from aftercooler (1) .
Loosen two clamps (4) .
Disconnect aftercooler inlet pipe (5) from aftercooler (1) .

Install Tooling (A) to aftercooler (1), as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A) .
Remove four bolts (6) .
Use the hoist in order to remove aftercooler (1). The weight of aftercooler (1) is 45 kg (100 lb).Note: The weight of the refrigerant condenser is not included in the weight of the aftercooler.
