Test Procedures
Start the machine.
Engage the parking brake.
Turn off the All Wheel Drive (AWD) system.

Open Caterpillar® Electronic Technician (Cat® ET).
Navigate to the "Override" screen.
Select the left front drive clutch forward solenoid override.
Change the override to ON.
Record the value at left all wheel drive clutch pressure.
Change the override to OFF.

Select the left front drive clutch reverse solenoid override.
Change the override to ON.
Record the value at left all wheel drive clutch pressure.
Change the override to OFF.

Select the right front drive clutch forward solenoid override.
Change the override to ON.
Record the value at right all wheel drive clutch pressure.
Change the override to OFF.

Select the right front drive clutch reverse solenoid override.
Change the override to ON.
Record the value at right all wheel drive clutch pressure.
Change the override to OFF.
Shut down the machine.
Compare the values that were recorded in Steps 8, 12, 16, and 20 to the expected values listed in Table 1.

(10) Left clutch shuttle valve
Activate the ON command for the clutch solenoid.
The clutch pressure did not increase.The solenoid for that clutch has failed. Perform the following:
Replace the solenoid.
