Install bearing race (34) and retaining ring (32) into clutch housing (33).
Use two people to install clutch housing (33). The weight of clutch housing (33) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).

Install piston (30), dowels (28), and springs (29). Install discs (26) and plates (27).

Raise the temperature of retainer (25) in order to install the retainer and bearing (24).
Use Tooling (E) in order to install retaining ring (23).

Position retaining ring (21) onto hub (22). Use Tooling (D) to compress retaining ring (21). Install hub (22) into gear (20).

Install hub assembly (19) and bolts (18).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cage assembly (17). The weight of cage assembly (17) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Position cage assembly (17). Install bolts (16).

Position ring gear (14) onto hub (15). Install retaining rings (13).

Lower the temperature of bearing (11) and install bearing (11) into carrier (10). Use tooling (N) to install retaining ring (9).
Lower the temperature of hub assembly (8) and position the hub assembly into carrier assembly (10).
Use Tooling (E) to install retaining ring (12).

Use Tooling (D) to compress retaining ring (6). Install shaft (7) and retaining ring (6).

Install O-ring seal (5).
Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to the carrier assembly (4). The weight of carrier assembly (4) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Install carrier assembly (4).
Install new clips (3) and bolts (2).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to transmission planetary (1). The weight of transmission planetary (1) is approximately 953 kg (2100 lb). Remove transmission planetary (1) from Tooling (B). End By:
