70 Terminal Connector
The 70-pin connectors are used to route power and certain dedicated inputs to the ECM. Crimping and wire specifications for this connector are similar to the 70 terminal connector. The figures below show pin and socket locations for the 70-pin connector.Note: When reconnecting 70-pin harness connectors, make sure that the jack screws at the connectors are not cross threaded. There should be more than six complete 360 degree turns of engagement of the jack screw prior to reaching the required torque. Tighten the jack screws to 6.25 1.25 N m (55 11 lb in).
