Install the 351-2219 Glass (4) onto the 350-1381 Door As (5) .Refer to Special Instruction, SEHS9824 for the instructions and for the tools that are required to install the bonded glass.

Assemble the components of the 279-0239 Cab Door Gp removed from the original 291-6255 Cab Door onto the 350-1381 Door As (5) .Note: Do not install the door seal at this time.

Install the 341-1514 Door Guard As (22) onto the reassembled left-hand door assembly. Secure the guard with the 8T-4183 Bolts (12) and 8T-4223 Hard Washers (14) .

Assemble the upper and lower hinge plates (R) to the 341-1514 Door Guard As . Use the 357-5434 Pin As (24) to secure the plates to the guard. Secure the pins with the 8S-7803 Retaining Ring (11) .
Install the left-hand door assembly onto the cab.
Install the door into the opening of the cab.

Install the 357-5436 Pin As (25) into the center hinge. Secure the pin with the 8S-7803 Retaining Ring (11) .

Open the door and secure the upper and lower hinge plates to the cab with the original hardware.
Adjust door assembly to obtain no gap between the door seal and the door frame. Adjust striker assembly to obtain a force required to open the door from outside not to exceed 100 N (22.5 lb).Note: This adjustment procedure is with the gas strut attached.
Set the gap of the seal to 15 mm (0.60 inch) at the striker and each hinge for the three locations. Three 14.5 0.25 mm (0.60 0.01 inch) magnets should be used to set the gap. Set the magnets on the cab with one magnet near each hinge and one magnet near the striker.
Loosen the hinge bolts.
Close the door gently. Make sure that the second latch is engaged.
Push the door at the hinges. Make sure that there is no gap between the magnets and the door. Make sure that there is no gap between the cab and the hinges.
Open the door gently
Torque the hinge bolts as per the M8 torque specification.
Loosen the bolts on the striker.
Close the door gently. Make sure that the second latch is engaged.
Check the fit of the latch and the striker. Adjust the striker in order for the magnet to touch the door and the frame.
Open the door gently.
Repeat steps 20.g through 20.i to ensure a proper fit.
Tighten the striker bolts.
Open the door and make sure that the door is secured in the open position.
Remove the magnets and install the door seal removed from the original cab door.
Test the performance of the seal as follows.Place a piece of paper between the seal and the cab. Shut the door to the second latch. Pull the paper out from between the door and the cab. If the paper is not removed easily, the seal is functioning properly. If the paper is removed easily, repeat steps 20.g through 20.i.Retest the seal. If the
