Information:
Note: Disconnect the flushing line from the pump to the motor before you perform the test on the case drain flow. This is done so the flushing oil is not combined with the recommended leakage of the motor.Note: Only disconnect one flushing line at a time.Front Motor
Before you perform the testing and adjusting on the motor for leakage, the following steps must be followed:
Apply the parking brake.
Place the propel control lever in NEUTRAL.
Install tooling (A) into the hydraulic tank.
The oil temperature must be 38 °C (100 °F) in order to get the correct results.

The End Of The Front Drum (3) Case drain line (4) Motor
Disconnect the case drain line (3) from motor (4). Install the 9X-2350 Hose to motor (4). Install tooling (B) to the 9X-2350 Hose. Be sure that the oil flows through the flow meter and into case drain line (3) .
Start the engine. Run the engine at high idle.
To prevent overheating of the hydraulic oil and damage to the propulsion system components, do not run each test longer than 30 seconds.
Set the speed range switch to the HIGH SPEED position. Turn the automatic speed control knob to the MAXIMUM speed.
