WIRING GP-TRANSMISSION 1809324 - Caterpillar

1. Remove two bolts and washers (1) and trailer switch (3).2. Remove six bolts and washers (2) and guard (4). 3. Remove bolt (5) from bracket (6) and move trailer switch (3) out of the way. 4. Disconnect electrical connector (7). 5. Identify the ten hydraulic hoses (8) and remove them from the implement control valve. 6. Disconnect three hydraulic hoses (9). 7. Remove four pin spring assemblies (10). Move the four rod-end yokes (11) away from the implement control valve (12). 8. Remove two set screws (13) holding cable assemblies (14). Remove cable assemblies (14) from the shaft (not shown). 9. Remove two bolts and washers (17) and move bracket (16) out of the way. 10. Remove four bolts and washers (18) that hold the implement control valve to the top of the differential steer planetary. 11. Fasten a hoist and strap to implement control valve (12). Remove the implement control valve. The weight of the implement control valve is 55 kg (120 lb). The following steps are for installation of the implement control valve.12. Check the condition of all O-ring seals used in the hydraulic hoses that connect to the implement control valve. If any of the seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.13. Install the implement control valve in the reverse order of removal.14. Tighten bolts (18) to a torque of 136 N m (100 lb ft).End By:a. install hydraulic and fuel tank
