Brake Pedal
Pedal Control Operated Machines Brake Pedal Applied - Push both brake pedals down simultaneously to apply the brakes, and slow or stop the machine. Use the brakes on a downgrade to keep the engine from overspeeding. Brake Pedal Released - Release the brake pedals to allow the machine to move, or increase ground speed.

Pedal Control Operated Machines Parking Brake - The parking brake is activated by moving lever (1) and pushing down the service brake pedals (2). Brake ON - Push the lever down and hold and push the brake pedals down to engage the parking brake. The service brake pedals will remain in the depressed position. The machine should not move when the parking brake is engaged. Do not use the parking brake for stopping the machine. Brake OFF - Pull the lever up and push and hold the brake pedals down to release the parking brake. The brakes pedal will return from the depressed position.

Governor Lever - The governor lever controls the engine speed. HI rpm - Pull the governor lever back to increase the engine speed. LOW rpm - Push the lever forward to reduce the engine speed. Decelerator Pedal - Push down on the pedal to override the governor control and reduce the engine speed.
