If the stump grinder is installed on the skid steer loader, remove the stump grinder.
Use a suitable lifting device to lift the rear frame of the stump grinder. The SG16 Stump Grinder weighs 352 kg (776 lb).
Block up the rear frame of the stump grinder.

Remove snap ring (2) from pin (1).
Remove pin (1).
Remove worn stabilizer (3).

Align the new stabilizer into the desired position and install pin (1).
Install snap ring (2).
Raise the rear frame of the stump grinder.
Remove the blocks.
Lower the rear frame to the ground.
