(1) Fan drive assembly
Inspect the fan drive pulley assembly. If the shaft is loose, an inspection of the internal components should be made.

Location of the grease fittings for the fan drive bearings
(2) Grease fittings
Lubricate the fan drive bearings. Grease fittings (2) for the fan drive bearings are located on the left side of the radiator frame. Add grease until the bearing seal just begins to bulge. Do not add too much grease to the bearings. This will cause the bearing seal to fail. Contaminants will be able to get into the bearings because of a seal that has failed. This will decrease the life of the bearings.
