Do not damage the radiator cores during removal or installation of the fan assembly.
1. Support air cleaner assembly with wood block as shown. Disconnect air indicator hose assembly (1). 2. Loosen clamp (4) and remove exhaust extension (2).3. Remove precleaner assembly (3).4. Fasten a lifting strap to grill (5). Remove bolts (6) and (7) and remove grill (5). 5. Remove four bolts (hidden) and cover (8). 6. Disconnect quick disconnect coupling (9). Remove bolt (10) and clamp and reposition hose (11).7. Disconnect radiator hose (12).8. Remove bolt (14) and reposition accumulator (13). 9. Remove twelve bolts (16) and guard (18).10. Remove eight bolts (19) bracket (15) and shroud (17). 11. Fasten a lifting strap to fan assembly (20). Remove six bolts (21) and fan assembly (20). The weight of the fan assembly is 21 kg (45 lb). Install the fan assembly in the reverse order of removal.12. During installation tighten clamp (4) to a torque of 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
