Install Tooling (A) onto the first pressure tap (1). Refer to Illustration 2 to find the correct pressure tap for each clutch.

Install Tooling (B) to the machine. Connect Tooling be to the transmission Electronic Control Module (ECM).

Under the diagnostic menu, choose the Transmission Clutch Engagement Pressure Calibration Test. The next screen will prompt you to select which clutches you wish to calibrate. Check all seven clutches.

View of requirements that must be met before the beginning of the test
The machine must meet all of the following conditions before the test can begin.
The transmission oil must be between 75° C (167° F) and 85° C (185° F)
The shift lever must be in the NEUTRAL position
The parking brake must be set to the ON position
The regeneration status must be in active
The DPF soot lading percentage must be less than 90%
The implement lockout switch must be in the LOCKED position
The engine must be running at low idleBegin the test by clicking the next button after all of the above requirements have been met.Test and Adjust Procedure

Near the end of the calibration procedure, use the slider (1) to adjust the pressure of the clutch you are testing. Use Table 1 to find the correct pressure for the clutch you are adjusting. Repeat the above procedure for the remaining clutches.
