1. Loosen hose clamp (2) to disconnect water supply line.2. Loosen the exhaust manifold water outlet line hose clamps (1).3. Remove exhaust manifold retaining nuts (3). A crows foot wrench (4) is required to remove the top row of manifold retaining nuts.4. Attach a hoist and remove the exhaust manifold-weight 105 lbs. (47,6 kg).Install Marine Engine Water Cooled Exhaust Manifold
1. Attach a hoist and position the exhaust manifold on the engine.2. Coat the manifold mounting studs with 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound and install the retaining nuts.3. Tighten the exhaust manifold water outlet line hose clamps.4. Tighten the hose clamp on the water supply line.concluding step: a) install turbocharger (marine engine)
