Remove eight bolts, eight washers, and four flanges in order to detach the end of the two hoses from the valve group. The bolts, washers, and flanges will be reused later.

Remove six bolts and the valve group and discard the valve group. The bolts will be reused later.

Replace the two new 1P-3702 Rectangular Seals at the end of the detached two hoses.

Install the new 322-8716 Swing Cushion Valve Gp, new 369-0046 Solenoid Harness As, new 238-2171 Bracket As, new 111-4836 Clip, two new 111-4837 Clips, new 4I-7889 Spacer, new 8T-4136 Bolt, 8T-4137 Bolt and 8T-5005 Bolt, three new 8T-4121 Hard Washers and the six bolts removed from Step 2. Tighten the 8T-4136 bolts, 8T-4137 bolts and 8T-5005 bolts to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft). Tighten the six bolts from Step 2 to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).Note: After you tie up the harness with the clips, cut all the surplus of the clips. Position the harness by installing the clip over the green tape on the harness.

Attach the end of the two hoses to the valve group and reinstall the eight bolts, eight washers and four flanges that were removed from Step 1. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft)Machine Configuration Procedure
Complete the following steps after the hardware has been installed on the machine.
Start Cat Electronic Technician.
Select "Machine Control" ECM.
Select "Configuration" from the "Service" menu.
Set "Fine Swing System Installation Status" to "Installed".
Set "Free Swing Enable" Status to "Disabled".Refer to Table 7 for more information regarding free swing.
