Assembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, thoroughly clean all parts in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Do not use wiping cloths or rags to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Dirt and other contaminants can damage the precision component. Perform assembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.Note: Check the O-ring seals and the backup rings for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install valve (32) and spring (33) into valve body (1).

Install backup ring (31) and O-ring seal (30).
Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

Position cover (28) and install bolts (27). Install plugs (29) and the O-ring seals.

Assemble valve (13). Install backup rings (20) and (24). Install O-ring seals (21), (22), (23), (25), and (26).

Assemble valve (12). Install O-ring seals (16) and (18). Install plunger (17), nut (14), and ball (19) into plug (15).

Stall pressure relief valve (12) and the O-ring seal. Install relief valve (13) and the O-ring seal.

Position manifold (11) and the O-ring seals and install bolts (10). Install plugs (9) and the O-ring seals.

Install all backup rings (7) and all O-ring seals (8).

Position coil (5) on valve body (1) and install nut (4).
