Position block (1) onto the loader frame. See Table 6 and Illustration 11 for the location. Fillet weld block (1) onto the loader frame.Note: The weld penetration should be 1.5 mm (.06 inch). The size of the weld should be 6 mm (.24 inch).

Remove connector assembly and elbow assembly (C) from the accumulator. Replace with connector (22), O-ring seal (16), O-ring seal (21), and elbow (23) .
Install tube assembly (15) and seal (16) to elbow (23) finger tight.
Loosely assemble clamp (13), clamp (14), bolts (20), and washers (19) to the accumulator.
Loosely assemble grommet (12), clip (8), clip (9), bolt (5) and washer (6) to the tube assembly (15) and to the clamp assembly (13) .
Install seal (16) and reducer (17) tightly to tube assembly (15). Then, connect seal (18) and hose (10) finger tight to the reducer.
Assemble hose (10) to the valve with the existing hardware and new seal (11).
Use bolts (2) and washers (3) to install angle assembly (4). Use grommet (7), clip (8), clip (9), bolt (5) and washer (6) to secure hose (10) to the angle assembly (4) .
After initial assembly is completed, tighten all joints and the fasteners in the desired orientation.Note: Ensure that the surrounding wiring harnesses and the surrounding hydraulic lines are not touching each other. If necessary, adjust the electrical harnesses and the hydraulic lines.
