Illustration 38 g06014098
On the AP1055D you may need to replace the 9U-2355 Hose As to 174-0707 Hose As due to generator moving 12 mm (0.5 inch) to rear of machine. See Illustration 38
Illustration 39 g06014108
Also the 112-9440 Hose As may need to be adjusted to avoid contact with the motor mount. See Illustration 39.

Reference: Refer to Testing and Adjusting, KENR5066, "Pump Control Valve (Generator) - Test and Adjust" for the margin pressure test and adjust on AP-1000D pavers.Reference: Refer to Testing and Adjusting, KENR5046, "Pump Control Valve (Generator) - Test and Adjust" for the margin pressure test and adjust on AP-1055D pavers.
Warm hydraulic oil to 50° C (122° F).
Turn on generator, do not put any electric load on generator.
Set margin pressure to 17 bar (246 psi).
Have paver at high idle and adjust flow control to achieve a generator output frequency of 63 hz.
Turn on the screed heat and verify that the frequency stays within 57-63 hz.
Tuning may be needed to achieve desired output frequency.
