Install four plate assemblies (22), eight brackets (23), sixteen hard washers (24), and sixteen bolts (25).

Clean the mating surface of the wheel ring free of wax, dirt, debris, paint, and grease.

Use Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to install ring (7). Install 70 hard washers (5) and 70 nuts (6).Note: Do not apply any lubricants to the faces of the washers and the threads of the bolts.Note: Align the notches that are on the rim assembly and the wheel ring.
Use Tooling (B) to tighten 70 nuts (6) to a torque of 1000 125 N m (738 92 lb ft).

Install hose assembly (13).

(4) Tire and Rim
Use a suitable tire handler to install tire and rim assembly (4). The weight of tire and rim (2) is approximately 6200 kg (13669 lb)Note: The weight of the tire and rim can vary between 5000 kg (11023 lb) and 6200 kg (13669 lb) depending on the tire and rim configuration.

Install 72 hard washers (8) and 72 bolts (9). Use Tooling (D) to tighten 72 bolts (9) to a torque of 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).Note: Do not apply any lubricants to the faces of the washers and the threads of the bolts.
