Disconnect hose assemblies (2) from gear motor (1) .

Remove bolts (3) and remove fan assembly (4) .

Disconnect hose (5) from radiator (6) .
Loosen clamp (7) and disconnect hose (8) from radiator (6) .

Remove clamp (9) and clamp (10). Move hose assembly (5) out of the way.

Loosen clamp (12) and remove hose (11) from radiator (6) .
Loosen clamp (13) and remove hose (14) from radiator (6) .

Remove bolts (15) and move bracket (16) out of the way.

Attach Tooling (A) to radiator (6). Remove bolts (17) from both sides of radiator (6) and remove the radiator from the machine. The weight of the radiator is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach Tooling (A) to radiator (6). Install radiator (6) and bolts (17) on both sides of radiator (6). The weight of the radiator is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

Reposition bracket (16) and install bolts (15) .

Install hose (14) to radiator (6) and tighten clamp (13) .
Install hose (11) to radiator (6) and tighten clamp (12) .

Reposition hose (5) and install clamp (9) and clamp (10) .

Connect hose (8) to radiator (6) and tighten clamp (7) .
Connect hose (5) to radiator (6) .

Install fan assembly (4) and bolts (3) .

Connect hose assemblies (2) to gear motor (1) .
Fill the cooling system with coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By: Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
