Removal Procedure
Start By:
Connect the steering frame lock.
Retain the hydraulic tank oil.
Move the disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Disconnect hose assembly (1).

Loosen jamb nut (2).

Loosen clamp (3) and remove bolt (4).

Remove ride control accumulator (5).

Loosen jamb nut (6).

Loosen clamp (7) and remove bolt (8).

Remove ride control accumulator (9).

Remove bolts (10).

Disconnect harness clip (13). Remove bolts (11) and remove bracket assembly (12).
Illustration 10 g03336929Note: Mark the orientation of fitting (14) for assembly purposes.
Remove fitting (14) and the O-ring seal. Remove fittings (15) and the O-ring seals. Remove bolts (17) and remove manifold (16).

Remove clamps (18).

Remove cap (19).

Remove O-ring seal (20) from cap (19).
Repeat Steps 13 and 14 for the remaining ride control accumulator.
Discharge the ride control accumulator. Refer to Special Instruction, "Accumulator Discharging and Charging Procedures" for the proper procedure. Installation Procedure
Install ride control accumulators (5) and (9) in the reverse order of removal.
