Remove the hood.
Remove the cowling.
Drain the cooling system coolant below the level of radiator cores. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Disconnect harness assembly (1). Remove tube (2) .

Disconnect harness assembly (3) .

Loosen clamps (4) .

Disconnect tube (5) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to radiator tank (6). The weight of radiator tank (6) is approximately 77 kg (170 lb). Remove radiator tank (6) .

Remove seals (8) from tank assembly (7) .

Use Tooling (A) to remove radiator cores (9) and radiator cores (10). The weight of radiator cores (9) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). The weight of radiator cores (10) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

Remove seals (11) from radiator cores (9) and radiator cores (10) .Installation Procedure
Install radiator cores (9) in the reverse order of removal.
