Disconnect and reposition hose (1).

Disconnect harness assembly (3) and hose (5).
Use to people to remove expansion tank (2). The weight of expansion tank (2) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Remove bolts (4) and expansion tank (2).

Remove bolts (7) and reposition radiator group (6).

Install Tooling (A) to bracket (8). The weight of bracket assembly (7) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb). Remove bolts (9) and bracket assembly (8).

Disconnect hoses (10).

Install Tooling (A) to aftercooler (11). The weight of aftercooler (11) is approximately 24 kg (53 lb).

Remove bolts (12) and aftercooler (11). Installation Procedure
Install aftercooler (11) in the reverse order of removal.
