Remove the front oscillating axle. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oscillating Axle (Front) - Remove".

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to trunnion (1), as shown.
Remove bolt (3), pin assembly (2), and spacer (4).
Use the suitable lifting device to remove trunnion (1). The weight of trunnion (1) is approximately 82 kg (180 lb).

Remove retaining ring (5), bearing (6), and retaining ring (7) from the front axle housing.
