Energize to Run
(1) Solenoid Voltage ... 24 to 32 VDCCoil resistance at 25°C ... 37.8 to 46.2 Ohms (2) Bolt Torque ... 10 1 N m (7 1 lb ft) (3) Locknut Torque ... 61 to 75 N m (45 to 55 lb ft)Use the following method to adjust the plunger:
Hold housing (5) against gasket (7) on a flat surface.
Turn setscrew (4) clockwise until the setscrew contacts lever (6).
Turn setscrew (4) counterclockwise by 90 degrees.
Energize solenoid (1). Turn the solenoid clockwise until the solenoid stops. De-energize the solenoid. Turn the solenoid clockwise by an additional 90 degrees.
Tighten the locknut. Energize to Shutdown
(1) Solenoid Voltage ... 24 to 32 VDCCoil resistance at 25°C ... 40.2 to 49.2 Ohms (2) Bolt Torque ... 10 1 N m (7 1 lb ft) (3) Locknut Torque ... 61 to 75 N m (45 to 55 lb ft)Use the following method to adjust the plunger:
Hold housing (5) against gasket (7) on a flat surface.
Turn setscrew (4) clockwise until the setscrew contacts lever (6).
Turn setscrew (4) counterclockwise by 90 degrees.
Turn the solenoid clockwise until the solenoid stops. Turn the solenoid counterclockwise by one complete turn.
Tighten the locknut.
