1. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting sling to support planetary carrier (1). Position planetary carrier (1) on a wood block, as shown. 2. Install pin (3) in planetary shaft (2).3. Apply clean oil to sleeve bearing (6). Install sleeve bearing (6) in gear (5). 4. Install thrust washer (4), gear (5) and thrust washer (7) in planetary carrier (1).5. Install planetary shaft (2) in planetary carrier (1). Align pin (3) with the slot in the planetary carrier.6. Repeat Steps 2 through 5 for the installation of the other two planetary gears.End By:a. Install the final drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive, Brake and Wheel - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
