This change is in effect as of December 27, 1976.Make this change on your copy of Special Instruction, Form No. SMHS6970. Formerly, you sent the tools to Toledo Tools in Toledo, Ohio, for resharpening. Toledo Tools is part of the A Wyle Company, and A Wyle Company will now have their facilities in St. Louis do this work.
Do not send any blades to Toledo Tools to be resharpened.
