1. Remove three bolts (2) and the washers from cover assembly (1). Open cover assembly (1). 2. housing (4) at the electrical connection from VIMS main module electronic control (3). 3. Remove four bolts (5), the mounts, spacers, and the washers from VIMS main module electronic control (3). Remove VIMS main module electronic control (3) from cover assembly (1). The following step is for the installation of the electronic control (VIMS main module). Check all components for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Apply 1U-6396 O-ring Compound to all O-ring seals prior to installation, if applicable.4. Put VIMS main module electronic control (3) in position on cover assembly (1). Install four bolts (5) the mounts, the spacers, and the washers in VIMS main module electronic control (3). 5. Connect wiring harness (4) to VIMS main module electronic control (3).6. Close cover assembly (1). Install three bolts (2) and the washers in cover assembly (1).
