Start By:a. remove battery box It is not necessary to remove the battery box for all 130G machines. 1. Position block (4) to support hydraulic tank (3).2. Remove bolts (1) and (5). Remove hydraulic tank support assembly (2). 3. Disconnect two oil lines (10).4. Fasten a hoist to cylinder (7).5. Remove bolt and two washers (9) and (12).6. Install tool (A) and remove pins (6) and (8).7. Remove articulation cylinder (7). The weight of the cylinder is 27 Kg (60 lb.). Make note of the washers (11) for installation. The following steps are for installation of the articulation cylinders. 8. Position cylinder (7) and install pin (6). Install pin (8) and use washers (11) to level cylinder (7).9. Install bolts and two washers (9) and (12).10. Connect two oil lines (10).11. Position hydraulic tank support (2) and install bolts (1) and (5).12. Remove block (4) from under hydraulic tank (3).13.
