2. Remove the cotter pin and pin (1). Disconnect the engine compartment door linkage (3).3. Remove two socket head bolts (5), and remove engine enclosure flange (6). Remove the engine enclosure flange on the opposite side of the machine the same way.4. Remove sixteen bolts (2), and remove the two piece fan guard (4).
Do not damage the radiator cores during removal or installation of the fan assembly.
5. Fasten a lifting strap and a hoist to the fan assembly as shown.6. Remove eight bolts (8) from the front of the fan assembly. Remove fan assembly (7) from the machine. Install the fan assembly in the reverse order of removal.End By:a. install hood
