Flow control valve (1) acts as a manifold for the primary steering system and the secondary steering system. Pressurized oil from the steering pump or the brake release and secondary steering pump flows to the flow control valve. The flow control valve sends the pressurized oil to the steering metering pump or the steering hydraulic tank.
