Installation depth is 4.0 0.5 mm (0.16 0.02 inch).
2 2 6V-5141 O-Ring Seal Lubricate the bore lightly with the fluid that is being sealed.
3 2 375-4329 Gear As Assemble the gear assembly in the engine so that the end with the oil passage plug is in the hydraulic pump adapter assembly as shown in Illustration 1.
The Gear shaft must be aligned and parallel with bearings to avoid bearing damage during installation.
Lubricate the gear journals, bearing bores and thrust faces with engine oil.
4 2 209-9770 Retainer As Lubricate the gear journals, bearing bores and thrust faces with engine oil.
5 2 207-8211 Idler Gear As Lubricate the gear journals, bearing bores and thrust faces with engine oil.
The Gear shaft must be aligned and parallel with bearings to avoid bearing damage during installation.
Bore of the 209-8621 Bearing(1) after installation is 88.090 0.013 mm (3.46810 0.0005 inch).
