The enhancements and modifications of VIMSpc version 2015A are listed below:
Updated java certificate for Merge and Report utility.
Added support to report strut pressures as value parameters for datalogger.
Added support to parse empty cycle timer files.
Improvements in multiple datalogger selection during report generation.
Improvements in displaying report’s create time as Personal Computer (PC) Date-time.Installation Requirements
PC Admin Rights are required to install VIMSpc and master database updates. Once installed, standard users can run VIMSpc.Note: All air cards should be removed and Virtual Private Network (VPN) turned off prior to installation, and when running VIMSpc while connecting to VIMS 3G modules and Cat® Product Link Elite devices.System Requirements
The following computer hardware, communication hardware, cables, and software are needed to run VIMSpc successfully:
IBM® PC compatible with pentium 1 GHz processor or greater
2 GB Random Access Memory (RAM) and 500 MB of available hard drive space
Required Windows 7 or Windows 8 (32-bit and 64-bit) Operating System (OS)
RS232 port with 16550AF UART (or compatible) or USB 1.1 or 2.0 port with a Universal Serial Bus (USB) to serial port adapter ( 370-8059 Adapter Kit) for use with VIMS download cable ( 127-9797 Cable As) for VIMS ABL and 68K hardware
Ethernet port for use with the VIMS 3G download cable ( 425-6889 Cable As), or 14-pin service port connector with Ethernet (457-6114 Cable As) for VIMS 3G and Product Link Elite hardware
Adobe PDF reader support
