13. Cut the intake hole and drill the two bolt holes on the support. Refer to Image1.13.1. Grind the cutting edge of the intake hole and touch up with paint.

14. Remove paint around the two bolt holes and weld two 8T-3490 Weld Nuts on the support. Refer to Image1.14.1.

15. Fabricate two channels. Refer to Image1.15.1.

16. Weld the channels on the support. Before welding, remove paint around the weld area. Refer to Image1.16.1.

17. Paste a new 244-8288 Liner on the support. Refer to Image1.17.1.

18. Assemble new 377-6786 Cover Assembly with two 8T-4137 Bolts and two 8T-4121 Hard Washers to the support. Refer to Image1.18.1.

19. Reassemble the reworked support and new 519-9737 Support Assembly. Refer to Image1.19.1.

20. Assemble the new 310-9667 Air Cleaner Group, 279-7907 Air Hose with 8T-4986 and 9X-2201 Band Clamps. Refer to Images1.20.1 and 1.20.2.

21. Fabricate a cover plate. Refer to Image1.21.1. Grind the cutting edge smoothly and touch up with paint.

22. Reinstall 451-4098 Cover and assemble the cover plate with new four 8T-4137 Bolts and reused washers. Refer to Image1.22.1.

23. Tie the harness with two new 3S-2093 Cable Straps. Refer to Image1.23.1.

24. Tie the harness to the air filter restriction switch with a new 3S-2093 Cable Strap. Refer to Image1.24.1.
